I know most people simply want to know what they’re signing up to, how to pay, and what costs are involved — so here’s a quick summary:

Abbreviated Terms

1. Period of Engagement

Styling sessions range from 1 hour to 4+ weeks, depending on the service. All engagements begin on the agreed booking date.

2. Scope of Services

Services include:
• Online Styling Sessions (Zoom, worldwide)
• The Style Start / Reset / Signature Shift Online
• Wardrobe Edit (in-person)
• The Curated Shop (in-person)
• The Signature Shift (in-person styling program)
• Colour & Style Analysis (PDF add-on)
• Bespoke Styling Support

3. Payment

• All online sessions are paid in full when booking via the website.
• In-person services are invoiced directly and must be paid in advance of the session.
• The Signature Shift (in-person) includes a separate styling contract.
• Payment is accepted via a payment link.

4. Refunds & Rescheduling

• Online services are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice.
• In-person services are refundable (minus any fees) with 7+ days’ notice.
• Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice incur a £100 cancellation fee.

5. Travel Costs

• All-inclusive (via Zoom)
• Optional add-on: Colour & Style PDF – £45

The Signature Shift (In-Person)
• All shopping, returns, and parking costs included
• Additional: Mileage (car at 45p per mile) or train fares to/from your home

The Curated Shop
• Includes pre-style Zoom session + in-person shopping day
• Additional: Petrol or train fares to location + parking costs (Cambridge or London)

The Edit
• Within 25 miles of Cambridge – no travel charge
• Beyond 25 miles – Petrol (45p per mile), train fares and parking if applicable

Full Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 RG Personal Styling offers professional personal styling and shopping services online and in-person.
1.2 By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

2.1 Your information is collected lawfully and stored securely under the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
2.2 I never share your personal information without consent — except where required (e.g., arranging clothing deliveries).
2.3 You can unsubscribe from emails anytime.
2.4 Full privacy policy is available upon request.

3. Payments & Invoicing

3.1 Prices are quoted in GBP.
3.2 Payments must be made within 2 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 Online sessions are payable at time of booking.
3.4 In-person sessions must be paid in full before the session.
3.5 Items purchased on your behalf must be reimbursed within 2 days.
3.6 Receipts for all purchases made on your behalf can be provided on request.

4. Travel & Extra Costs

4.1 Petrol is charged at 45p per mile from CB24 1DX for any in-person session beyond agreed limits.
4.2 Train fares and parking for shopping days or client visits are charged as applicable and outlined above.
4.3 Parking costs at train stations or shops (for in-person days) will be added to your invoice when relevant.

5. Cancellations

5.1 You may cancel or reschedule with 7+ days’ notice for in-person sessions.
5.2 Cancellations under 7 days incur a £100 cancellation fee.
5.3 Online sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice — refunds not available.
5.4 Cancellations must be made in writing via email: ros@rgpersonalstyling.com.

6. Liability

6.1 If I shop on your behalf, responsibility for goods transfers to you upon purchase.
6.2 You must reimburse me within 2 days for any purchases.
6.3 RG Personal Styling is not responsible for the quality, faults, or returns of purchased goods — these lie with the retailer.
6.4 You accept responsibility for returned items and any disputes related to those.
